i have been trying or some time to research any urther infomation on this product and found a link on the ceragenix website i made contact and this is the response i got Vanderbilt licensed the compound discovered here to the company Ceragenix for further research. The researcher who discovered this compound at Vanderbilt has since left VUMC for another academic position at a research facility in Canada.
If there is any further research underway on CSA 54 it would be at the laboratory of Ceragenix. Our agreement with them would put us in contact again if and when they find a way to use this compound in the marketplace- ie... when we would be possibly receiving royalties from sales.
I have heard nothing else of any of this research since Dr. Untamatz left VUMC. Really only Ceragenix would know what is going on right now.
